As a Health and Wellness Coach, I combine a balanced mix of over 14 years of professional experience in full-time private practice as a psychotherapist with 37 years of personal experience facing the challenges of living as an insulin-dependent diabetic. My background also includes research into the health beliefs associated with an optimal sense of well-being in individuals with diabetes. I apply the latest research in health coaching to tailor an action plan to effectively meet the needs of the individual client.
