I am a single white female that is turning her career goals from a business aspect to the allied health field. I feel that it is important to know the facts about the human body so that I may help change my unhealthy habits as well as to help others make the change for themselves. The more informed we are the better life choices we will make.

My interest is living a healthy life. I exercise daily and watch my diet. I try to infuse both holistic and natural foods in my daily life. I love working with the public and have a great sense of humor. I truly believe that laughter is the best medicine to a healthy life. I work well with others as well as independently.
