I feel very balanced when I can put in 110% at work and reward myself with a homemade meal and still leave enough time to go to the park. I feel my parents instilled old time beliefs, those basics of respecting others, always putting forth the best effort at whatever task, and just not being conpassionate but having the passion to live each day to the fullest. I feel the new generation of job seekers are losing basic customer service skills and always looking for "what's in it for me" where as I believe you must give respect to earn it. I want a career that I can plan on staying with until retirement , plus a little. I set the tone for for my children so there are always eyes on me. Failure to prepare is preparation for failure. I am always looking for the next level to succeed.

My family and the well being of my sons. We are very active in sports, hockey and baseball. We use our travel for sporting events as family vacation time. When I do find personal time, walking, bike riding, swimming, and just about anything that we can do outside is enjoyment to me.
