I am a dedicated professional with experience working with people different economic and social backgrounds.

My range of experience includes working with mentally and physically challenged adults and the elderly. I position as Activities Assistant at HCR Manor Care, I worked with the elderly, many of whom had degenerative diseases. I was responsible for designing programs to help them meet their needs and interests. I have also worked with physically and mentally challenged adults and adolescents. I was responsible for supervising and assisting clients in learning general living skills, and with occupational and physical therapy programs. I have also volunteered with a local Community Resource Center, where assisted residents of the community meeting their needs and assisted in fund raising. In addition I volunteered at a Nature and Science Center where assisted in helping set up and run special events, and helped fund raising. In addition I was member and officer of Toast Master Club; I served as treasure and secretary from 1999 to 2001. I am currently working at Walgreen as a Customer Service Clerk. I also have volunteered at the local county Library and with Mayors Council for Persons with Disabilities.
