The Virginia Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waukesha is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team! This position is responsible for management of the 105-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing who has a passion for our business.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills and a positive staff relations history are important to us. Successful track record in staff management, overall consistency and personal commitment are required. Must have excellent organizational, management and interpersonal skill sets. Preferred applicants will possess administrative and clinical profciencies and an understanding of the geriatric population.

Required Skills
WI RN lic, Leadership/management experience clinical expertise regulatory and financial management, positive staff relations, customer service skills, exp. in LTC, excellent communications and passion for seniors.
Qualified candidates would have a valid WI RN license and at least three to five years of experience in acute and long term care.
