RNs

Job Requirements:

• Current Michigan licensure
• One to three years of related work experience
• Self-motivated
• Leadership ability
• Ability to work creatively and cooperative with others
• Desire to work in a fast paced, changing and growing organization
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Nurse is responsible for all aspects of care for clients. Nurse will perform routine nursing procedures as directed, report any variances in standards of care to the Director of Nursing and/or the Residential Program Manager, assess medical issues, train and oversee direct care staff and provide in-service training.
