Gateway Regional Hospital is currently seeking 2 Nurse Practitioners, one working in an Occupational Health Clinic and the other working the second Nurse Practitioner working in Troy, IL Family Medicine practice.
Both positions requires a master's degree in area of specialty and national board certification as a nurse practitioner in an area of specialty.
We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to work in the Occupational Health Department that 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
In both Nurse Practitioner positions you will examine and treat patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other health care professionals. Ensure proper illness and injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The Nurse Practitioner must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. They must also rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will also perform a variety of tasks. The Nurse Practitioner may lead and direct the work of others. We are seeking candidates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Nurse Practitioner typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
