Job Description:

- CPR Certification - MN RN license The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs the overall functions of the CentraCare Clinic - Women & Children Pediatric Nursing Department. The supervisor works with administration, providers, other department supervisors, nursing staff and community resources to render professional patient care with efficiency, empathy, and friendliness. The Women & Children's Clinic,Pediatric Nursing Supervisor also serves as a clinical nursing resource to CentraCare Clinic Site Coordinators and department nursing staff. As supervisor the nurse will prioritize and coordinate daily nursing activities under the direction of the Pediatric Site Coordinator. A minimum of two years experience in supervision preferred.
