Job Requirements:
Foster Care Counselor - Detroit Starr Commonwealth seeks energetic candidates to fill position of Foster Care counselor. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Social Work or related field; CWI certificate preferred. Salary range $27,755 - $36,054. Signing bonus of $5000 for candidate that has CWI certification.
