Job Requirements:

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
· An Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations and
· Provide therapeutic services according to physician's orders in the patient's home setting

Occupational Therapist Requirements:
1. Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
2. One year clinical experience strongly preferred.
3. CPR Certification
4. Personal transportation, valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage
