UCH-Carrollwood offers comprehensive medical and surgical care, as well as a number of specialized services. It features one of the most advanced 24-hour emergency facilities in the area and is quickly becoming known as Tampa's premier center for orthopedic spine surgeries. Also available is a wide range of radiological procedures available for diagnosis and treatment of injuries or illness. Offering diagnostic imaging from X-rays to ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, computerized axial tomography (CT) scans, MRI and special procedures. Advanced technology is available in the surgical service area for gynecologic, vascular surgery and joint replacement procedures. Comprehensive recovery facilities are also available including Intensive Care and Progressive Care units.
Provides the very best self-directed, effective and patient oriented nursing care to our Intensive Care/ICU patients in accordance with our highest customer service standards and the Florida Nursing Standards of the Dept. of Professional Regulation. Shift Availability: 7A-7P or 7P-7A, w/weekend rot.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Current license of Registered Nurse in Florida or licensure from another state with verification of application and eligibility for Florida licensure by endorsement. Requires a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience and valid BCLS.
