Job Requirements:

1.Works under supervision of the Site Medical Director and other site physicians and in accordance with established policy and procedure as well as within the State guidelines.
2.Abides by the security regulations of the client site and the regulations of the institution to which assigned.
3.Provides required documentation of services to the Site Medical Director or Health Services Administrator in order to monitor the provision of clinical services.
4.Notifies Site Medical Director and Health Services Administrator, or designee regarding changes in scheduled coverage.
5.Assists in arrangement for coverage of medical services if unavailable for an extended period of time.
6.Maintains and shows proof of current State licensure and provides duplicate for personnel file.
7.Maintains continuing education requirements for continued medical practice in the State.
