Job Requirements:

Ideal candidate must possess an active license to practice in TN. Must obtain and maintain security clearance and CPR Certification. Previous corrections experience highly desired.

Job Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Under the supervision of the Charge Nurses(s) directs and guides patient teaching and activities commensurate with her/his education and demonstrated competencies.
