Director of Nursing (DON)

Job Description:

CCS is currently looking for a full-time Director of Nursing at the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.

Job Requirements:

Must have current California RN licensure and be CPR certified. 2 years of supervisory experience and correctional experience preferred. 

Job Responsibilities:

The DON participates in the planning, priority setting and development of policies and procedures for health care activities that comply with facility and contractual requirements, and ACA, NCCHC and State standards. He or she will coordinate and monitor orientation, in-service training, and continuing education with the Health Services Administrator (H.S.A.); and coordinate the development, provision, and evaluation of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice in the state in which the facility is located.

Shift:  Full-time, primarily days

Location:  Modesto, CA
