    This is an exciting opportunity to put your relationship building and sales skills to work! Our Pharmacy Services Representatives are responsible for full life-cycle sales of the DaVita Rx Pharmacy service to patients, teammates and physicians. This includes initial presentations, facilitation of the enrollment process and the selection of teammates to support the ongoing pharmacy service at each of our facilities. Summary PSR's are responsible for selling the benefits of the DaVita Rx Pharmacy service to patients, teammates and physicians. This involves working with all the facility teammates to explain DaVita Rx Pharmacy services and to plan for facility patient enrollments. The enrollment process begins when the PSR meets with the facility team, including the Medical Director who is affiliated with the facility, the Facility Administrator, and key clinical staff to explain the benefits of the DaVita Rx Pharmacy service. The PSR then meets with each individual patient to sell the DaVita Rx Pharmacy service. Pharmacy Services Representatives help interested patients enroll with the DaVita Rx Pharmacy to supply their oral medications directly to the clinic. The Pharmacy Service Representative will work with the Facility Administrator to select one to three key teammates in the facility who will support the ongoing pharmacy service. Approximately a month after completing the enrollment process, the Pharmacy Service Representative is responsible for circling back to the facility to ensure that the facility teammates are comfortable with the enrollment process and answer any questions or concerns they may have to ensure the ongoing success of the patient enrollment process. Essential Job Functions:75% travel Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with patients, teammates and physicians Ability to sell benefits of DaVita Rx service Internal candidates must have positive endorsement from manager. Bilingual a plus The successful candidate will have a blend of several skills, behaviors and experiences. Skills that include being able to build relationships with physicians and clinic teammates, as well as Davita dialysis patients. Another necessary skill is being able to communicate on a variety of intellectual and sales levels therefore being able to lead others to new concepts and ideas. The successful candidate will exhibit the behaviors of showing a strong ownership of their sales territory and an entrepreneurial spirit that blends to meet or exceed their sales and service excellence objectives. These skills and behaviors can come from a variety of disciplines. The successful candidate will have experience in service, intangibles or concept selling. Some industries where successful candidates might come from include but are not limited to pharmaceuticals, insurance, advertising, financial, consulting or legal services, as well as other healthcare services.
