Financial Analyst

Job Description:

• Perform detailed analysis of company and branch financial statements to identify opportunities for margin/profit improvement• Coordination with Corporate accounting group to facilitate month end close process• Run various reports from HCP's billing system and make related month-end journal entries to record revenue, cash, and AR.• Produce various financial metric reports to track patient volume, therapy mix, payor mix, and profitability trends• Facilitate preparation of branch level budgets• Perform analysis of monthly P&L statements to identify and explain significant variances to budget.• Assist in the preparation of various senior management and Board of Director presentations• Prepare materials for monthly financial review with branch managers.• Prepare business case / ROI for material capital investments• Maintain 3 Year Forecast for submission to Corporate Finance• Provide financial analysis support to Director of Finance and HCP President
