    Job Description:

    The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the payroll department to ensure department goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Open and distribute mail. Oversee conference room schedule. Maintain supply room inventory. Order supplies as needed. Enter all manual checks into database. Maintain adequate supply of check stock for manual checks. Prepare any purchase orders necessary for the payroll department. Issue duplicate W2s as needed. Sort and distribute paychecks to Corporate Business Office Supervisors and Managers. Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint. Organize meetings and travel for team. Other duties as assigned.
