    Job Description:

    This position manages the daily operations of the Team Music City credits team and assists in the execution and management of projects related to the resolution of credits and ongoing process improvement activities related to achieving and maintaining specific metrics related to credit resolution. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Position has full supervisory responsibility for recruitment, hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, and termination of direct reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee department operations and efforts to ensure correct identification and resolution of credit balances per policy and procedure Ensure teammate quality and production measures are monitored and met Coordinate and support training and mentoring of teammates Ensure the completion of accurate and timely CMS-838 Medicare reports Work with other ROPS teams and DaVita Legal, Finance and Payor Contracting teams or outside counsel as necessary to provide support in the credit resolution process Support QI process reviews and implement process changes as appropriate Perform additional process reviews as necessary, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes identified Establish team performance goals in collaboration with Director Maintain working knowledge of changes in state and federal regulations related to credit balance resolution and communicate applicable changes to teammates Travel required: up to 25% Teammate ManagementProvide leadership to direct reports Help direct reports overcome any organizational obstacles encountered during projects Know, understand, implement, follow, and communicate to teammates all DaVita employment policies and procedures and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment Maintain familiarity with and communicate to teammates DaVita programs impacting teammates including but not limited to Triple Crown Manage all teammate employment activities in timely manner, with empathy and respect for teammates Ensure all DaVita employment processes are completed timely and in compliance with DaVita policy and any applicable laws Ensure accurate, timely processing of ePCNs Evaluate, record and process teammate reviews and compensation according to company policy and in timely manner; maintain teammate personnel files Review and approve time cards of teammates as required for payroll Provide training and mentoring to enable teammates to excel in their assigned roles in a team environment Facilitate teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, DaVita training, outside training); collaborate with direct reports to create professional development goals Provide strategic work direction for department teammates Know, understand, follow, and implement basic wage and hour laws, federal, state and local laws and regulations, Medicare, and legislation affecting employment Develop and conduct educational programs to keep teammates up-to-date on DaVita policies, new laws and regulations impacting work, and other information necessary to provide knowledgeable, accurate work output
