In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. You also will assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments. Dialysis is serious business. That is why we encourage fun. The acute scheduler provides support booking treamments, communicate with nursing staff, doctors, and hospitals. Some details about this position:This is a full-time position on a variable Mon-Sat schedule. You will work 5 days/week but flexibility is required as days may change from week to week. Shift: 7am-4pm. The keys to this position are an outgoing personality, keen eye for detail and stellar organizational skills. Type and distribute general communication letters, faxes and office memorandums. Helps with daily operational task. Maintain supplies (office supplies, forms). Answer incoming phone calls. Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail. Comply with DaVita policy and procedure. Comply with state or federal regulations of the Injury Prevention and Safety Training Program.
