9 Month Contract Full Time Faculty Position

Adult Health / Med Surg.

Faculty members whose assignments are to classroom and practicum instruction are collectively responsible with assistance of the Dean of Nursing for curriculum design, planning and implementation, for the development and implementation of specific course offerings in the nursing curriculum. Master's degree in nursing with a major in an appropriate are required. Doctoral degree required as the terminal degree for ranks of Associate Professor and above. Experience appropriate to the area of responsibility. Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois. Membership in an appropriate professional organization. Evidence of self-development through participation in continuing education offerings, advanced study, scholarly pursuits and/or professional activities.
