Utilizes nursing theories and concepts to provide comprehensive nursing orientation and education in conjunction with the other leaders of Ambulatory/Emergency Trauma (Amb/ETC) Services team, for services to patients of all ages. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Master's preferred. Minimum three years clinical experience with expertise in specialty area required and demonstrated competency in teaching, organization, leadership and communication.Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required, Instructor preferred. Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum (TNCC) required, Instructor preferred. Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required. Emergency Nursing Association (ENA) membership with Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification preferred.
