Park Haven Care Center is a 101-bed Intermediate Care facility located in Smithton, IL, an attractive small town just 5 minutes from Belleville. We specialize in both short and long-term mental health rehabilitation for adults ages 18+ with diagnoses such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. We take pride in the safe, professional environment we maintain, and in the high quality care we provide. We have an excellent track record with our residents, their families, and the State. We were also honored recently to be rated as a five-star facility by CMS, and to receive AHCA's Step I Quality Award for 2009!

We currently have the following opportunity available:
 
RN &ndash full time, days
Prefer a nurse with significant psych experience. Day shift is suggested but we are open to other shifts if preferred.

Also seeking LPNs interested in PRN shifts.

Nursing home care is different at Park Haven. Our residents are younger and more self-sufficient than those in traditional geriatric environments, and as a result nursing practice is much less labor intensive here. We are seeking patient, consistent caregivers to help our residents regain their independence.
