Park Haven Care Center is  seeking  a LPN for a PRN opportunity.

This LPN position is a PRN opportunity..

Park Haven Care Center is a 101-bed Intermediate Care facility located in Smithton, IL, an attractive small town just 5 minutes from Belleville. We specialize in both short and long-term mental health rehabilitation for adults ages 18+ with diagnoses such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. We take pride in the safe, professional environment we maintain, and in the high quality care we provide. We have an excellent track record with our residents, their families, and the State, and were recently honored as a five-star facility by CMS!

Job Requirements:

Licensed in the State of Illinois. Previous experience with mental health care is preferred.
