Job Description

The LPN Supervisor of a designated unit will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the certified nursing assistants assigned to the unit. Also responsible for providing nursing care of residents by administering medications, performing treatments and delivering resident care as assigned by the RN Charge Nurse. Assists the RN Charge Nurse in coordinating the care delivery within the PSC policies, procedures and standards as outlined in the nurse practice act.
