Job Description

Support Rehabilitation Specialist – 5 in Sierra Vista, 3 in Safford

This position is to provide creative services to youth and families to help support youth in remaining in their homes and communities.  Flexible hours required, including nights and weekends, based on the needs of the youth and families.  These hours will change with assigned cases.  Due to the nature of intensive services to be provided, caseloads are minimal.

HS Diploma or GED preferred. 

Requires 1-year case management experience in social services, behavioral health or a related field.
