Job Description:
Provides comfort, support and teaching to patients. Assists physicians with procedures Performs ongoing assessments and communicates findings to the Radiologist/Physician. Document care provided during the procedure and the patient's response. Monitors patient care needs and anticipates potential problems and initiates appropriate interventions as needed. Acts as a clinical liaison between referring physicians and the Radiology Department. Maintains associated department records related to patient care. Establishes and maintains par levels of medical/surgical supplies, narcotics, and emergency medications used in the department. Updates and reviews nursing policies and institutes new national standards as changes occur. ICU experience needed.

Qualifications: 
Must be experienced in Critical Care Nursing. One year in Radiology nursing experience preferred. Must have BLS and ALS certification.
