The other acute care hospitals in Massachusetts are Caritas Carney Hospital, Dorchester; Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton; Caritas Holy Family Hospital and Medical Center, Methuen; Caritas Norwood Hospital, Norwood; and Saint Anne's Hospital, Fall River.

Job Description:
Provides clinical pharmacy services and drug information to healthcare professionals ensuring appropriate drug usage. Works relatively independently under general supervision and within the limits of established pharmacy policies and procedures. Works closely with the Neonatology and Obstetrics Service to ensure therapeutic appropriateness of medications. Participates as needed in patient care rounds and acts as a liaison between pharmacy, nursing and medical staff.

Qualifications:
Advanced Degree (Pharm D or MS) with 2 years hospital pharmacy experience or a BS degree with 5 years hospital pharmacy experience.
