HOME CARE SUPERVISORS NEEDED - LPN's

ACHIEVA is seeking two provisional LPN's to conduct in home supervisory visits to assess the care provided to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidates will have satisfactorily graduated from an accredited and/or approved LPN program, and have a current license in good standing as an LPN in he Commonwealth of PA. Prefer one year previous experience with individuals with disabilities. Home Health experience helpful. Computer literacy required. Must be organized and have good interpersonal skills. Hours vary; anywhere from 5 to 20 hours per week, with consideration for permanent part time or full time placement for the candidate with proven qualifications and experiences. Assessments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday mid-late afternoons/ early evenings and occasionally Saturdays. Local travel required. Travel reimbursement included. Valid PA driver's license and insured vehicle required.
