The cook position prepares, in a timely manner, nutritious and attractive meals and supplements for all residents according to Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
-Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
-Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
-Prior experience in food service and Long-Term Care preferred.
-Supervises staff in the absence of the Director of Nutritional Services.
