ACHIEVA is hiring full time (F/T) Advisors for Pittsburgh, PA location.

ACHIEVA, a renowned leader in the field of disabilities seeks Advisors. Responsibilities include assisting adults with disabilities with independent living skills and social activities. Sun-Thurs 11A-6:30P or 9A-4:30P. Agency also seeks FT Advisors for Senior Pilot Program. Work a four-day workweek that includes one 13.5-hour weekend day and three 8-hour days during the week. Weekday hours scheduled between 1:00 PM and 10:30 PM, or 3:00 PM and 12:30AM. Have two regular days off (Sunday/Monday or Friday/Saturday) and one floating day off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Candidate must have excellent attendance and medication administration skills; must be flexible with hours; must have no problem with completing hands on direct care; must be able to complete transfers and lifting with or without adaptive equipment; prior experience with aging or dementia preferred. We provide thorough training to new employees and offer a competitive starting wage and complete benefit package for FT positions. Valid PA driver's license with a properly insured vehicle and Acts 33 & 34 required.
