COMMUNITY HOMES SUPERVISOR

ACHIEVA, a large, progressive non-profit organization providing supports to dually diagnosed individuals is seeking a Community Homes Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in the human services/social science field, 2 years of related experience including one year of staff supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal and organization skills required.

Responsibilities include supervision and direction of staff and overseeing the daily operations of a community home. Position is M-F mostly daylight hours with some scheduling flexibility. Valid PA driver's license and insured vehicle required.
