SENIOR PILOT PROGRAM

How would you like to work a four-day workweek that includes one 13.5 hour weekend day and three 8-hour days during the week? Weekday hours would be scheduled between 1:00 PM and 10:30 PM, or 3:00 PM and 12:30AM. Have two regular days off (Sunday/Monday or Friday/Saturday) and one floating day off on

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Candidate must have excellent attendance and medication administration skills; must be flexible with hours; must have no problem with completing hands on direct care; must have no physical restrictions and be able to complete transfer and lifting with or without adaptive equipment; prior experience with aging or dementia preferred.
