Care Manager Duties:

•  Provide personal assistance or other personal care to residents


•  Assist with daily living activities


•  Schedule and ensuring completion of daily service assignments


•  Notify management of changes with residents


•  Assist with training


Care Manager requirements:


•  A commitment to serving others


•  Strong communication, prioritizing and organizational skills.


•  Superior customer service skills


•  Interest in community service and working with seniors


•  At least one year of experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
