La Familia Medical Center is a community health center with two sites in Santa Fe, New Mexico providing medical and dental services, as well as a Homeless Program, Health Education and School Health Program.   We are currently staffed by 8 Family Physicians, 2 OB/GYN, 1 Hospitalist, 4 Family Nurse Practitioners and 2 Physician Assistants.  We provide obstetric services, full-service outpatient services and run an inpatient service at the local hospital.

We are the site of a 1 + 2 Residency Program in which Family Practice Residents do their first year at the University Hospital in Albuquerque and then relocate to our clinic as home base for their last two years.  Staff physicians attend and precept residents.
