Lakeshore Estates offers a clean, friendly, Christian environment for their nursing staff. All of our nurses appreciate 3 days off every
other weekend, 12 hour shifts, and a low patient/nurse ratio. Our excellent benefits include sick, vacation, and holiday time, health
insurance, and dental and vision insurance. We also provide shift differential to our Certified Nursing Assistants.

As a CNT at Lakeshore Estates, you will provide services and care for residents and patients. Our CNTs assist our patients with their daily
activities, record their vital signs and weight, document all care accurately, maintain HIPAA regulations, and communicate consistently and
openly with the CNT supervisor.
