Phlebotomy Supervisor - Full Time Day Shift

Job Summary
The Laboratory Supervisor will assure the smooth operation of day-to-day functions in the Patient Service Centers by organizing workflow, monitoring cost effectiveness, and managing personnel and supplies to ensure that quality, performance and business goals are being prioritized and maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of continuous quality improvement methods and project management
• At least three years laboratory experience
• Bachelor's degree in management, business and/or laboratory related sciences
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Health Care Assistant certification will be required upon hire
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, which would include prior experience with motivating and developing staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant field
• Prior supervisory experience
