This was an interesting topic on a healthcare blog about a girl who has MS and is unable to really walk without aide from crutches.  She uses Second Life to change this.  I found it very interesting and would love to hear others' input who deal with kids/teens with disabilities or disease that hinders their movement or mobility.  Do you use this in your treatments? Or encourage it?
