Sometimes you just need some inspiration or get some other ideas on how to do things differently.  Sometimes you just need to vent or talk about a patient problem or work dilemma. 

Found a great nursing blog: http://www.emergiblog.com/ It's written by an ER nurse and has some awesome insight. She's also got a list of other nursing blogs at the bottom of the page, along with doctors' blogs too!  It's an excellent resource.
