The Hardest Thing to Find in Nursing Jobs
Hey everyone!
Just wondering what you feel is the hardest thing when looking for a nursing job. Also, when looking, what is most important to you? Location? Hours? Pay? Benefits? Patient Relationships?
Of course, it's probably a combination but I'm interested in what the most important thing that you look at when deciding on applying or where to work?

Matching skills
Hi,
I find the hardest thing matching up my skills with a suitable nursing home. MAtching staff and home is important for the quailty of the home i feel, and this has the floor of location. My nearest nursing home is 20 miles away leving a hefty weekly commute, when i could work in a general home on my door step.
In case you are wondering - you can use many of the care home searches and break them down into what they offer and hense match you skills up to them. There are loads, bettercaring is just one example
